"It has been my greatest frustration during this period that at every venue where questions about population have been raised, I've been forced by time limitations to leave more questions unanswered than answered. The result has been confusion, irritation, and gloom. Henceforth, every question and answer session will begin with the announcement that I will take no questions about population.
